While employee travel and expense has benefited from decades of innovation, guest travel and expense is still handled with spreadsheets, email chains, personal credit cards, vendor portals, and W9 forms.

Guest travel represents up to 20% of corporate travel spend, and in sectors like healthcare, life sciences, higher education, energy, sports, media and entertainment—it's often much more.

Why this role matters

We already have strong channel partners in place, but there’s huge untapped potential. As our Senior Manager of Channel, you’ll focus on driving adoption of Juno through our three TMC partners which means owning the first several sales opportunities with each partner until you have properly enabled them to sell Juno on their own. You’ll be part coach, part salesperson — enabling partner teams to sell Juno effectively and stepping in to win business directly, in the mid-market and enterprise, when the opportunity calls for it.

What you’ll do

  • Teach TMC partner sales reps and account managers “how to fish” so they can own sales messaging, objection handling, and product positioning to identify & close Juno opportunities across their customer-base
  • Monitor channel performance, track adoption, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Jump in to co-sell with partners to both the Enterprise and Mid-Market segment.
  • Proactively identify and prospect mid-market & enterprise companies within the Channel with potential for Juno.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners and prospects have the tools, collateral, and support they need.

Preferred experience

  • 3–5 years in partner management, channel sales, or direct sales roles.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue through both indirect channels and comfortable stepping into a direct sales role for new channel partners.
  • Experience in sales enablement or sales training a plus.
  • Travel industry familiarity is a bonus, but not required.
